What happens after you send the form

Every enquiry lands with a real person, not an automated queue. We read it the same working day and answer with a written quote within 24 hours, usually much sooner on weekday mornings. The quote states the price, how many cleaners will come, how long the job should take and what is included, so there is nothing to negotiate once we are at your door. If the job is unusual or the space is large, we ask for a few photos or arrange a short visit before quoting, because a guess helps nobody.

If you need an answer faster than email allows, call 091 506 5024 between 8am and 8pm. For same day or next day work, calling is always quicker than writing.

What to tell us so the quote is accurate

The more of this you can give us up front, the closer the first number will be to the final one.

Floor area in square metres, and how many rooms and bathrooms.

Type of cleaning you have in mind: a one off deep clean, a move in or move out clean, post construction, or regular maintenance.

The state of the space. Heavy limescale, grease build up above the hob, mould, or dust after building work all change the time needed.

Floor and surface materials, especially parquet, natural stone or marble, which need specific products.

Whether windows, the oven, the fridge or upholstery should be included, since these are priced separately.

Access details: floor number, lift, parking, and who will let us in.

Your preferred date, and whether the space must be ready by a fixed hour.

Where we work

We cover the whole City of Zagreb and Zagreb County. That includes the centre, Trešnjevka, Trnje, Maksimir, Dubrava, Novi Zagreb, Črnomerec, Stenjevec, Podsljeme, Sesvete and Brezovica, and the surrounding towns of Velika Gorica, Samobor, Zaprešić, Sveta Nedelja and Dugo Selo. If you are just outside that ring, ask anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for us to come.

Prices, payment and invoices

Pricing depends on the type of cleaning, the size of the space and its condition, so there is no single number that fits every home. Ranges for each service, along with worked examples, are on the price list page. The minimum call out is 70 euros, which covers travel, equipment and materials for small jobs.

You can pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer. Companies, sole traders and associations receive an R1 invoice. We bring our own machines, cloths and cleaning products, including eco certified options for homes with small children or pets, so you do not need to supply anything.

Booking, changes and cancellation

Once you accept the quote we agree a date and confirm it in writing. Popular slots, particularly Friday afternoons and Saturdays, tend to fill a week ahead, so book early if your date is fixed. If something changes, let us know at least 24 hours before and we will move the appointment at no cost. If you are not satisfied with part of the work, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo that part. That is the whole guarantee, with no small print.
