Who actually turns up at your door
Pure Zone is a registered cleaning business based in Sinjska ulica in Zagreb, owned and run by Goran Gorgiev. It is a small, trained team rather than a rotating pool of temporary staff, which is the reason the same faces come back to the same buildings month after month. Every person who works on a job has been shown how we do things, from the order rooms are cleaned in to which product belongs on which surface, and nobody is sent out alone until that is second nature.
How we choose people
We hire for care and reliability before speed. A cleaner who notices the dust on the skirting behind the door is worth more than one who finishes twenty minutes earlier. New team members work alongside an experienced colleague until the standard is consistent, and we would rather turn a job down than send someone who is not ready for it.
Equipment and products
We bring everything with us: extraction machines for carpets and upholstery, steam equipment, high pressure washers, microfibre systems and colour coded cloths so that a cloth used in a bathroom never touches a kitchen surface. Products are matched to the material, which matters most on parquet, natural stone and marble, where the wrong chemical does damage that cleaning cannot undo. Eco certified products are available on request and are the default in homes with small children or pets.
What we do when something is not right
If any part of the work does not meet the standard we described, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo that part at no cost. There is no form to fill in and no argument about whose fault it was. In practice this happens rarely, but the policy exists because a guarantee you have to fight for is not a guarantee.
Working hours and coverage
We work Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm, across the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, including Velika Gorica, Samobor, Zaprešić, Sveta Nedelja and Dugo Selo. Payment is by cash, card or bank transfer, and companies, sole traders and associations receive an R1 invoice.
