Pure Zone covers the whole City of Zagreb and the surrounding parts of Zagreb County. In practice that means the seventeen city districts and the neighbourhoods inside them, from the centre and Trešnjevka through Trnje, Maksimir, Peščenica, Dubrava, Črnomerec, Stenjevec and Novi Zagreb, up to Podsljeme and out to Sesvete and Brezovica. Beyond the city boundary we regularly work in Velika Gorica, Samobor, Zaprešić, Sveta Nedelja and Dugo Selo.

Why the neighbourhood changes the job

Buildings differ more than people expect, and that changes how a clean is planned. Flats in the older parts of the centre often have original parquet and tall windows that need a different product and more time. Newer blocks in Novi Zagreb and Špansko are quicker but usually come with more glass surfaces. Houses under Medvednica bring garden dirt indoors and need more attention at entrances. Student areas and short term rentals need fast, repeatable turnover work rather than a slow deep clean.

Travel, minimums and timing

There is no separate travel charge inside the City of Zagreb. For locations in the county we agree the cost in advance so there are no surprises on the invoice. The minimum call out is 70 euros, which covers travel, equipment and materials for small jobs. For a regular contract across several addresses, for example a property manager with a number of rental flats, we plan routes so that the addresses closest together share a visit day, which keeps the price down.
